Our client is a multi-disciplined construction company based in the Northwest. They operate across a range of sectors nationwide, including:

Social Housing

Commercial & Leisure

Health

Education

Heritage

Student Living

Due to continued project wins, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, covering projects across the Northwest region.

Job Role

You will be responsible for managing live refurbishment sites across a variety of sectors, including:

Schools

Hospitals

Universities

Student accommodation

To be considered, you must have:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on live construction/refurbishment sites

Demonstrable experience delivering school refurbishments valued over £1m

SMSTS

CSCS Card

First Aid (minimum requirement)

Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Working at Heights certifications

DBS (preferred)

Willingness to travel across the Northwest to manage multiple projects
