CCDO / Demolition Site Manager -Portsmouth
Are you an organized and safety-driven leader in the demolition sector? We're seeking a CCDO / Demolition Site Manager to take charge of an exciting 5-month MOD Residential Block in Portsmouth
Your Tasks:
Lead a demolition team, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project timelines.
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and equipment for optimal efficiency.
Develop and implement detailed risk assessments and method statements.
Produce progress reports, manage budgets, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.What You'll Need:
Valid CCDO card (essential)
Proven experience managing demolition projects, ideally in a similar commercial setting.
SMSTS Essential
First Aid qualification
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.We Offer:
