Site Manager
Reigate - Must be willing to travel around Surrey / London
£45,000 - £60,000 + Vehicle / Allowance
We are working with a Contractor the specialise in flat and pitched roofing across the South. Currently seeking a permanent Site Manager who has previous roofing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material orders, and site diaries.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among site personnel.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the roofing industry.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Valid UK driving licence.
