Site Manager – Civil Engineering

A leading civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support water infrastructure schemes across Norfolk.
The Role
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specification
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
* Monitoring progress and reporting to the wider project team
* Managing site documentation and records
* Supporting the successful delivery of water infrastructure schemes
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
* Water infrastructure experience preferred
* CSCS Gold Card – essential
* SMSTS – essential
* First Aid – preferred
* Strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements
* Good communication and site management skills
* Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, site teams and project management
