TSR are recruiting on behalf of a 5-star housing developer with a nationwide presence, for an experience site manager. This developer has multiple offices across the UK catering to a range of customers, delivering quality, traditional new builds homes to the highest possible standard for over 100 years.
The Role
Delivering new build homes to build programme
Managing of site staff generally
Enforcing and monitoring health and safety
Working with NHBC to achieve standards
Hand overs to customers
Monitor sub-contractors
The Person
Traditional new build housing experience
Site Management delivering new build housing for a developer
Extensive programme management
Awareness of standards and building regulations, NHBC etc
