Site Manager required for an approx. 2nd September start in Batley/WF17 - around 4 months work, potentially longer (dependent on project progress.)

Scope of works is new build social housing - you will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and dealing with the client.
This a 20-plot development run by a relatively small developer; you will be working closely with groundworks and joinery subcontractors to ensure the project is finished in a timely fashion.

All plots are standing and at internals stages, with 278 works in progress across externals.

Applicants must have a strong housing background (new build, finishing, groundworks and 278 works.)
You should be IT literate and familiar with compliance and NHBC standards.

You will also need the following tickets:

-SMSTS
-CSCS
-FIrst Aid

Start date is flexible and can be delayed slightly for the right candidate.

Day rate payable weekly via CIS.
