Job Description:

We are working on behalf of a well-established and reputable main contractor to recruit an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a large RC frame residential development. You will be responsible for managing all internal finishing trades, ensuring apartments and communal areas are completed to the highest quality, on programme, and ready for handover.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential RC frame developments with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

* Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing.

* Excellent eye for detail and quality.

* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously and demanding programmes and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Daily site walk and quality inspections.

* Manage apartment completion schedule.

* Ensure materials are available ahead of installation.

* Raise and close snagging items.

* Monitor labour levels.

* Attend daily coordination meetings.

* Drive programme to achieve handover dates.

* Driving the construction programme and coordinating all trades

* Managing snagging, commissioning and final handover

Salary:

£55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance + package
