An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and highly successful residential housebuilder delivering quality new homes across the region.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Monitor build programmes and drive progress to achieve project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Manage site documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with senior management and the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential housebuilding sector.
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and current building regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
The ability to manage multiple trades and activities simultaneously.
A commitment to delivering quality homes safely and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS Manager Card
First Aid at Work Certificate
Full UK Driving Licence
