* Oversee repairs
* Capital work and adaptions
* Liaising with clients, staff, subcontractors and the public and reporting on progress
* Supervising and coordinating construction workers and hiring subcontractors
* Van and IT equipment will be provided

* Demonstrate IT skills
* Good communication skills
* Working at heights
* First Aid
* CITB/ SMSTS
* Level 3 in management
* Clean Driving Licence
