Description:
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a commercial refurbishment scheme in Wiltshire.
The successful Site Manager will be running the site as a number one, reporting into a Project Manager. Works include, but are not limited to, concrete repairs, external decorations, roofing works, drainage and enabling works.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 8 months. Pay rate is negotiable - approximately £260 per day.
