Description:
A leading roofing and cladding contractor are looking for a Site Manager in Livingston to work on a Roofing Project. The project will last for around 6 weeks and this client are looking for an experienced site manager to manage the project from start to completion.
Pay: £27 p/h
Location: Livingston
Duration: 6 weeks
Role and Responsibilities
* Ensure all works being carried out by the operatives and subcontractors will be in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Construction Regulations 2015
* Carry out and complete audits and inspections
* Update the online portal with all relevant daily updates
* Review H&S plans / RAMS
* Improve on site communication with operatives, contracts managers and client
* Carry out service reviews with the customer or his site representatives
* Provide the highest levels of service when dealing with customers and fully adopt the company’s principles and procedures.
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good understanding of various roof systems
* Experience of managing multiple contractors on site, ensuring their safety, along with ensuring they adhere to the companies H&S policies.
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* L6 NVQ
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS card
* NEBOSH
