Salary: Negotiable Package DOE
Location: Bridgend
Start Date: August 2026
Pro Staff Construction are recruiting on behalf of a construction contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build apartment development in Bridgend.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis and take ownership of a project from inception through to handover.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing construction projects from groundworks through to completion
* Previous experience delivering new-build apartment developments
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, programme management, and subcontractor coordination
* Ability to manage quality, budgets, and project deadlines
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Essential Qualifications:
* Valid SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
