Description:
An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee M&E and building services projects across healthcare environments in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire.
You'll manage works from mobilisation and planning through to completion, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery with minimal disruption to live operations.
This role covers refurbishment, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works, with responsibility for subcontractors, programmes, site compliance and stakeholder coordination.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you'll:
Manage day-to-day delivery of M&E and building services projects.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and associated building services works.
Plan and sequence activities to minimise disruption within live healthcare environments.
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site teams against programme and specification.
Monitor project progress and take action to address delays and delivery risks.
Complete site inspections covering workmanship, materials, quality and compliance.
Manage RAMS, permits, health and safety requirements and site documentation.
Liaise with clients, project managers, consultants and operational teams.
Support progress reporting, variations, cost information and technical issue resolution. About You
To be successful as the Site Manager, you'll have:
Proven site management experience across M&E or building services projects.
Experience delivering projects within healthcare or other live environments.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or asset replacement works.
Strong subcontractor, supplier and multi-trade coordination experience.
Good knowledge of RAMS, permits, health and safety and site compliance.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire. What's in it for You?
