Site Manager – Residential Projects (Reinstatement Works)

Somerset

£40,000–£50,000 + Package | Full-Time | Field-Based | PAYE

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple residential reinstatement projects, typically valued up to £100k per project.

This is a hands-on role managing live sites/occupied properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Managing multiple live residential reinstatement projects

* Organising and supervising trades and subcontractors

* Maintaining site programmes and keeping works on schedule

* Monitoring quality of works and ensuring health & safety compliance

* Liaising with Contracts Managers, customers and stakeholders

* Managing materials, deliveries and labour requirements

* Resolving on-site issues and driving projects through to completion

About You:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential repairs/refurbishment

* Strong knowledge of trades, materials and construction processes

* Good understanding of health & safety (RAMS, site compliance)

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach

* Full UK driving licence
