Description:
Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a major construction project at Hinkley Point C, Somerset.
The successful candidate will oversee internal fit-out works, cladding, flooring and screening installations, ensuring all activities are completed safely, to a high standard and in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
*
Manage internal fit-out, cladding, flooring and screening works.
*
Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
*
Monitor quality, progress and programme deadlines.
*
Coordinate labour, materials and site resources.
*
Carry out site inspections and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
*
Valid SMSTS.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
In-date First Aid certificate.
*
Proven experience in site management on large construction projects.
*
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
