The organisation has had a major presence in the Scottish market for several years and this unique and exciting position has been created due to the ongoing growth of the business in Glasgow.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager.
Key Criteria:
• Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale building projects.
• Roofing & cladding experience (desirable).
• A confident and articulate communicator.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
