My client, a successful main contractor specialising in the Social Housing sector requires a Site Manager to lead a decarbonization scheme in Chichester. This is a freelance role and requires an immediate start this coming Tuesday.
Site Manager roles and responsibilities
Ensure all necessary safety inspections have been carried out
Assess and minimise risks
Ensure the project is completed in line with company policy
Ensure the project is completed in line with statutory requirements
Site Manager requirements
Appropriate technical knowledge and main contractor construction experience.

Asbestos Awareness
Comprehensive experience as a Site Manager working in the social housing sector.
