Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity in the commercial market? We are currently working with a leading Main Contractor, to help in their search for a Site Manager around Barnet, North London area.

Our client will be looking for experienced managers who have overseen commercial refurbs and extensions on £2million and below as this will be for there special projects division. They have projects across education, healthcare and commercial industry.

Our client has many special projects across West London, with a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
Achieve a high quality product.
Keep the project on time and in budget.
Oversee the build process from start to finish.Requirements for Site Manager:

Overseen multiple projects from start to handover.
Worked on smaller commercial, education and healthcare projects.
