Site Manager Required - Industrial Roofing Project
Location: Halesowen
Duration: 5 Months
Start Date: Monday 24th August
Rate: £230 per day
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee a major industrial roofing project in Halesowen
This is a £900K project involving the installation of a new roof over existing industrial units across three warehouse blocks. The successful candidate will work closely with the roofing contractor and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site activities and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Coordinate and manage a workforce of approximately 4-10 operatives.
Liaise closely with roofing contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor site safety, productivity, and quality standards.
Move and coordinate plant and machinery as required.
Ensure project milestones are achieved in line with programme requirements.
Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders on site.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects.
SMSTS qualification.
First Aid at Work certification.
Asbestos Awareness certification, particularly relating to roofing works.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and stay "on the ball" in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, switched-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

Monday to Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm
