Site Manager - Social Housing
Leeds
Up to £45,000 + Car/Allowance
TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor in West Yorkshire to complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects / planned maintenance works.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects within the social housing sector,
Oversee and coordinate internal and external refurbishment projects in social housing properties.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.
