Experienced Fit Out Site Manager (London) - Commercial Units

Our client, a leading specialist in commercial fit-outs, is seeking a skilled Site Manager with joinery experience to join their team. With a focus on delivering CAT A and CAT B projects for retail, hospitality, and office spaces, they offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus expenses and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the complete fit-out process of commercial units in London, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong focus on commercial projects (retail, hospitality, offices).
Experience with CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
Background in joinery, with a strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
