Site Manager - Wastewater
North West
Contract - Outside IR35/ CIS

I'm working with a well-established contractor with a growing workload across the United Utilities region. They are delivering wastewater schemes across region and have a significant pipeline of new work coming through.

They're now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of multiple wastewater projects and become a key part of the delivery team. This isn't a role where you'll be boxed into one small scheme - you'll initially manage 2-3 projects, with the opportunity to oversee larger packages and multiple gangs as the programme grows.
The role will involve coordinating site teams and subcontractors, managing programme and delivery, and ensuring drainage, connections and associated civils works are completed safely and efficiently. You'll be trusted to run your own workload and make decisions on site, while taking genuine pressure off the wider management team.

You'll need:

·Proven water industry experience, ideally wastewater
·Strong drainage and connections experience
·SMSTS
·First Aid
·Temporary Works Coordinator
·Experience managing multiple sites, gangs and subcontractors
·Good planning and programme awareness

AP status and programming experience would be advantageous, but aren't essential.
