Site Manager – South East London – Live Ward Refurbishment
Our client is a Commercial developer that has sites across London, who are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a project in South East London.
The site is due to start imminently.
The Project:
* Live ward refurb
* 4 Month project
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* Ordering of Labour
* Ordering of Plant Chairing & attending weekly meetings
* Ordering of Materials
* Identify and resolve any issues with the project
* To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* SMSTS & Black Card
* Driving License (preferred not essential)
* Strong work ethic
* First Aid Certificate
