Urgent Freelance Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out
Role: Freelance Site Manager

I’m urgently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a well-established fit out contractor on a live commercial project in London.
We need someone who can hit the ground running and has a strong background delivering commercial CAT A / CAT B fit out projects.
The Role
* Manage the day-to-day site operations
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
* Manage site logistics, quality and health & safety
* Liaise with the Project Manager and wider project team
* Drive the project through to completion
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out
* Strong CAT A / CAT B experience
* Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors
* Able to take ownership of the site and work independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid required
This is an urgent requirement, so candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period are strongly preferred.
