Freelance Site Manager
Location: Leicester
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 4-6 Weeks
Rate: Competitive Day Rate (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the demolition and early groundworks phase of a project in Leicester.
PLEASE NOTE: A CURRENT ENHANCED DBS CERTIFICATE IS ESSENTIAL. This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations.
Oversee demolition and early groundworks activities.
Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with programme.
Maintain site documentation and health & safety standards.
Liaise with the project team and report on progress.
Essential Requirements:
Current Enhanced DBS Certificate (ESSENTIAL).
SMSTS.
Black CSCS Card.
First Aid at Work.
Previous experience managing demolition and/or groundworks projects.
