Site Manager - Birmingham Children's Hospital
Start: ASAP | Duration: Minimum 4 Weeks
Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a project at Birmingham Children's Hospital.
This role is heavily focused on day-to-day site supervision, ensuring trades are working safely, efficiently and to programme. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be hands-on, maintain high standards and keep a close eye on all site activities.
Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising subcontractors on site
Monitoring works and ensuring productivity remains high
Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards
Carrying out daily site inspections and ensuring compliance
Coordinating trades and resolving any on-site issues
Reporting progress to the project team
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work (FAW)
Strong health & safety knowledge
Previous experience managing busy live construction sites
Available to start ASAP
