The Project:
Conversion of a block of offices into Aparthotel. 60 studios and two floors of commercial space. There will be 30-40 people working on site on average per day. Most of the remaining work is internal, with M&E, drylining, internal doors, plaster, Tiling, flooring, decoration and cleaning.
Project duration 10 months.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing site activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Manage site resources effectively to meet operational needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor site performance and implement improvements as needed
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address site-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and report on progress to senior management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
