Our client have recently been awarded a project by Ford Motor Company on their Dunton site in Essex. The scope of the project is to refurbish the existing Cold Development Centre (CDC) The CDC is a climatic vehicle test facility consisting of a vehicle transit areas, vehicle soak boxes, a vehicle test room and the associated mechanical and electrical plant.
The scope consists of the replacement of the refrigeration systems chillers, cooling tower, air handling units, pumps, ductwork and pipework and control panels. Our client have been appointed as Main Contract for the scope of works. The duration of the works is estimated at 28 weeks starting July 2024.
We require a SMSTS and First Aid qualified site manager
