Description:
CSCS Carded, SMSTS Site Manager required on a commercial construction internal fit out construction site project.
The contract is an existing shell. internal fitout.
Main duties:
* The daily running of site
* site inductions
* looking after and direction sub contractors
* maintaining health and safety
* keeping records of progress
* reporting back to contracts manager
Requirements:
* SMSTS Cert
* CSCS Card
* First Aid certificate
* min 5 years site manager experience
* be from a interior/refurbishment background
* Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
