Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on a Planned Maintenance/ Retrofit contract based in South East London
Offering a competitive salary +car allowance and benefits
We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering Planned Maintenance and Retrofit projects
Can Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
Will Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutionsIf you are someone who has similar experience then we would like to hear from you
Previous work on Social housing Retrofit/ Planned contracts is a must
You will need:
SMSTS
Social Housing experience
H&S Qualification
