Description:
Linear Recruitment are currently supporting a long established regional contractor on the recruitment of a Construction Site Manager to oversee projects valued at up to £1 million across a diverse range of sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong track record of delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites from inception through to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme and budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and produce regular progress reports.
Ensure all work complies with current legislation, building regulations, and company procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager delivering projects up to £1 million in value.
Experience across a variety of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, retail, and refurbishment projects is desirable.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card, and First Aid at Work certification.
Full UK driving licence.
