Site Manager required for a repeat client! 

Client: 

My client are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across a variety of sectors including: residential, commercial, hotels, education, healthcare & blue light services. 

Role: 

My client is currently seeking to add a site manager on a full time basis to a new build residential scheme in North West London. As part of a larger re-development of the area, my client is for a well rounded assistant site manager who can work as part of a team on a new build £75M new build 200+ unit residential scheme. 

This role is suited to an individual who is driven by career progression and opportunity, as my client is looking to invest in this person to make them a future business leader. 

Responsibilities: 

Short term programming

RAMS

Sub - Contractor management 

H&S Management
