Position: Site Manager
Location: Ashford, Kent
Start date: July 2024
Duration: 4 months+

An established Kent based contractor with a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from £250,000 to £5 million across new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the South East. Due to a run of successful contract awards that commence in the coming weeks the contractor is looking to increase the size of its project delivery team.
The project:
New build £4m D&B commercial unit at the early stages of construction. Works comprise of civil engineering, piled foundations, steel frame structure with varying cladding types and internal fit out.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will be:
Able to demonstrate previous experience of managing projects in a lead role.
CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 upwards).
SMSTS
First Aid
Temporary Works qualification is desirable but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong paperwork skills.
Good level of I.T literacy.What you will get in return:
