Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Site Manager to oversee two key projects located in Bedford and Biggleswade. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong commercial background who can confidently manage projects, challenge procedures, and enforce tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all on-site activities for two projects.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including SMSTS and 1st Aid protocols.
* Manage cladding and shed construction with meticulous attention to detail.
* Conduct valuations and ensure commercial compliance.
* Interface with clients, maintaining a professional and confident demeanor.
* Implement and follow client values, even in challenging situations.
* Exhibit versatility in handling various tasks and responsibilities.
* Foster a friendly yet firm environment on-site, promoting teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications:
* SMSTS and 1st Aid Certification (mandatory).
* Proven experience in cladding, shed construction, and commercial projects.
