Description:
DCS Recruitment are looking for an experienced site manager with strong experience in Groundworks to join a project working on a Data Centre based in Slough.
Monday - Friday
7:30 - 17:00
Possible weekend work maybe required - client will uplift rate/hours for this if required to work.
Main responsibilities on site:
Maintenance of daily and weekly records to comply with company SHEQ requirements.
Monitor on site operations with workforce to ensure compliance with specification and H&S regulations.
Raise queries with Contracts Manager and QS in relation to technical issues/variations.
Attend client progress meetings and provide progress reports.
Manage all workforce and any subbies on site
Ordering of materials/equipment and plant.
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS
First aid
Minimum 5 years experience of site management level.
Sound knowledge and experience of working for civil engineering / Groundwork contractors in a site managers role.
Experience of working on contracts involving Excavation, drainage, RC frame, Slabs, and other general civils aspects.
