Site Manager required in Kensington
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and reputable main contractor, who are seeking a Site Manager to work on one of their housing association framework projects in Kensington. The opportunity is for a social housing refurbishment project consisting of both the internals and externals.
Project: Housing Association / Social housing refurbishment works. Internals and Externals
Location: Kensington
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £240pd
Requirements for the Site Manager:
* Must have experience working on refurbishment for social housing refurbishment works
* Experience working for a Well-established main contractor
* Experience working as the no.1 Manager
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First aid
* Asbestos Awareness
