Site Manager – Temp to Perm

Location: Nationwide – Initial projects in Porthcawl, South Wales
Salary/Rate: £25.00 per hour via agency for the first 3 months
Permanent Rate: £21.00 per hour after successful probation
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Mid-September 2026
Hours: 07:00–19:00
Interviews: Face-to-face interviews at Head Office during week commencing 07/09/2026

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for 3 x high-calibre Site Managers to join a major nationwide refurbishment programme.

The initial phase will involve 3 prototype caravan refurbishments in Porthcawl, South Wales, commencing in mid-September and running through to mid-October 2026.

Following the successful completion of the prototype phase, the main programme will commence on 2nd November 2026, involving 250+ caravan refurbishments across 27 sites nationwide, with projects ranging from Scotland to Cornwall.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Site Managers looking for a long-term Temp to Perm position with a strong pipeline of nationwide work.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage refurbishment projects from commencement through to completion.

* Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors on site.

* Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

* Liaise closely with Park Dean's management team and other project stakeholders.

* Monitor site progress and ensure programme deadlines are achieved.

* Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

* Coordinate site activities and resolve issues efficiently.

* Provide clear communication and regular updates to management.

* Be prepared to travel and work away from home as required.

* Work occasional weekends where required by the programme.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for Site Managers who are confident managing subcontractors and can work effectively alongside a client's management team.

Candidates should have:

* Strong Site Management experience, ideally within refurbishment, construction or a similar environment.

* Proven experience managing subcontractors.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* The ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.

* Flexibility to work nationwide and stay away from home.

* Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required.

* Own reliable transport.

First 3 Months – Agency / Probation Period

* £25.00 per hour

* Temp to Perm arrangement

* Working hours: 07:00–19:00

* Own transport and fuel required

* Car parking charges paid on production of receipts

* Nationwide travel and accommodation requirements

Following Successful 3-Month Probation

The client will employ the successful candidate directly at:

* £21.00 per hour

* 28 days' holiday per calendar year

* Company van supplied

* Fuel card provided

* Accommodation paid when staying away from home

Important Information

The successful candidates must be willing to travel nationwide and work away from home, as the main programme will be delivered across approximately 27 sites from Scotland to Cornwall.

The initial prototype projects will be based in Porthcawl, South Wales, before progressing onto the nationwide programme.

Start: Mid-September to October 2026
Main Programme: 2nd November 2026
Interviews: Face-to-face at Head Office, week commencing 7th September 2026
