Duration: 6 Weeks
We're looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a two-floor office refurbishment project in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Role:
Managing the day-to-day running of a first and second floor office refurbishment
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
Liaising with the client and project team
Ensuring quality control throughout the project
Keeping accurate site records and reporting progressRequirements:

First Aid at Work
Previous experience managing commercial office refurbishment projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
