Site Manager | North Yorkshire | £45k - £50k + Package
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity with an established main contractor, offering genuine career progression?
We're recruiting for a main contractor looking to appoint a Site Manager to work as the No.2 on a major construction project in North Yorkshire, with a strong pipeline of follow-on work and the opportunity to progress into running your own schemes.
The Role;
Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
Manage subcontractors, trades and designated packages of work
Coordinate site activities, logistics and construction programmes
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards
Liaise with the wider project team and resolve any site issues
Monitor progress and maintain site records
What We're Looking For;
Experience as a Site Manager or strong Assistant Site Manager with a main contractor background delivering new build construction projects
Good understanding of construction sequencing and site management
Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
Ambition to progress into a No.1 Site Manager position
