Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a respected regional contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects across Cambridge?
We're recruiting on behalf of an established construction company with a strong pipeline of work exclusively within the Cambridge area. Their projects are varied, well managed and delivered to an exceptionally high standard, with much of their work coming from repeat clients and long-standing relationships.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. Working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team, you'll ensure sites are run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Projects include a mixture of new build, refurbishment and extension works across sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and high-quality residential developments, all based in and around Cambridge.
Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day running of construction sites

Leading subcontractors and site teams
*
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
*
Delivering projects on programme and within budget
*
Ensuring exceptional quality throughout every stage of the build
*
Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team
*
Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress
About You
You'll be an experienced Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and leading from the front. You'll be organised, approachable and confident communicating with everyone from subcontractors to clients.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience working for a main contractor
*
A proven track record delivering new build and refurbishment projects
*
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
*
A strong eye for quality and attention to detail
*
The ability to build positive relationships on site
Essential Qualifications

SMSTS
*
CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)
*
First Aid at Work
*
Full UK Driving Licence
