Site Manager - Yorkshire

Yorkshire-based | Local Projects

Start Date: 21/09/26 - End of year

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple live council refurbishment and maintenance projects across Yorkshire.

You'll be responsible for managing sites from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors and trades, keeping programmes on track and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.

The projects are primarily within live and occupied council buildings, so experience working around residents, staff and members of the public is important. You'll also be managing works involving asbestos removal, ensuring all activities are properly planned and controlled.

Must Have:

Black CSCS Card
SMSTS
First aid
Asbestos Awareness
Full UK driving licenceAll work is Yorkshire-based, offering a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent local projects with minimal travelling and no staying away.
