Madisons Recruitment, on behalf of our client, are recruiting for an Site Manager to join a busy company working on local sites in and around Manchester and the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to further their career and become part of a great team.

We are looking for an Site Manager with a proven track record delivering new build residential properties from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Oversee projects from start to finish and Produce monthly reports and chair site meetings with Clients design team.
Handle all operatives on site, both directly employed or subcontracted and provide clear written instructions to individuals to ensure works are carried out.
Managing control and quality control procedures
Maintain site diary to be completed daily.
To ensure all works are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with Quality control list.
Selecting tools and equipment and sourcing materials.
Understanding schedule of works document/ our tender price and liaise with QS to monitor costs.
Chasing subcontractors and suppliers for start/delivery dates.
Site inductions to all staff and visitors to site
Acquiring and evaluating RAMS/COSHH from subcontractors prior to them commencing on site.
Key Requirements

Excellent Leadership Skills and strong experience in running teams
Confident communicator
Good knowledge in using MS Office.
New build residential experience form the ground to completion
Preferable Training/Qualifications

Full UK Driving License
CSCS (essential
SMSTS(essential)
First Aid (preferred)
Fire Marshal (preferred)
PASMA (preferred)
