Site Manager – CAT B Fit Out
Location: Bristol
Duration: 9 Weeks
Start: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B commercial fit-out project in Bristol. This is a fast-paced project requiring a hands-on individual with proven experience delivering high-quality workspace environments.
The Role
* Day-to-day site management of a CAT B office fit-out
* Coordination of subcontractors and trades on site
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
* Managing site logistics, H&S compliance, and reporting
* Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering commercial workspace / CAT B fit-out projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage programme and drive site progress
IT & Systems
* Suitable laptop or work computer
* Smartphone
* Reliable internet access
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Familiarity with Breadcrumb and Procore (training can be provided)
Qualifications (Essential)
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* First Aid at Work (valid)
* CSCS Card
