I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a university refurbishment project in Derby, starting Monday 27th July 2026.
The project will involve managing refurbishment works within a live education environment, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid
Experience managing refurbishment projects
Previous education / university experience desirable
