Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations across general civil engineering projects, including highways, roadworks and public realm schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations.
* Oversee highways, drainage, kerbing, paving and roadworks.
* Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered on programme.
* Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients.
Requirements
* Proven Site Management experience within general civils.
* Highways, roads and/or public realm experience.
* SMSTS certification.
* Valid Gold or Black CSCS card.
* Valid First Aid certificate.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
