Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out (Temp to Perm)
Location: London
Rate: £280–£300 per day (DOE)
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are working with a well-established fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across London. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in fast-paced commercial fit-out environments, looking to secure a long-term role with a growing business.

Responsibilities:

Site Operations Management

* Take full ownership of daily site activities, planning and sequencing works to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and within budget

Subcontractor & Trade Coordination

* Manage and drive subcontractors and trades on site, maintaining productivity, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring programme deadlines are met

Health & Safety Compliance

* Enforce all health & safety procedures, carrying out regular inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment

Client & Stakeholder Liaison

* Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and project teams, providing clear updates and resolving any issues efficiently

Quality Control & Project Delivery

* Oversee quality on site, ensuring all works meet specifications and are completed to a high standard through to snagging and handover

Requirements

Must have 5+ years experience in a similar role on Commercial fit out projects or similar

Must be based within a commutable distance of Central London

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management processes

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects to tight deadlines
