Site Manager
Location: Renfrewshire and surrounding areas
Base: Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Site Manager to work across various domestic properties throughout the Glasgow and Renfrewshire area.
The role will involve travelling to different properties to inspect and survey required works, assess completed jobs and order materials where necessary. This is not a fixed-site position, and you will be based from the Queenslie Industrial Estate office just outside Glasgow City Centre before travelling to jobs as required.
Main Duties:
* Surveying and inspecting works in domestic properties
* Identifying repairs and required materials
* Inspecting completed works to ensure they meet the required standard
* Ordering materials where required
* Liaising with tradespeople, tenants and contract staff
* Completing relevant job reports and paperwork
* Travelling between various sites across Renfrewshire
Requirements:
* Strong Multi-Trade experience is essential
* Previous experience working in council or social housing properties is preferred
* Minimum three months’ experience working within council properties
* Good knowledge of domestic repairs and maintenance
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence required
