Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a proven background in commercial fit-out, capable of managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day running of fit-out projects on site
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
Ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme requirements
Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and regular inspections
Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams
Monitoring quality and ensuring successful project handover
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out
Strong CAT A and CAT B fit-out project experience
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
Available to start at short notice
