No.1 Site Manager - Fast-Track Cat A Fit Out

£275 per day | 4-week contract | Start next week

CSC Recruitment are currently working with an established fit out contractor who are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a short-term, fast-track commercial fit out project in South East London.

The project is a small Cat A demise scheme within an existing commercial building, involving the construction of a new partition wall and corridor connecting two areas of the building.

This is a hands-on No.1 Site Manager role, with responsibility for running the site independently and reporting directly into a visiting Project Manager.

The Role

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site activities
Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality
Coordinate the works programme and ensure the project remains on schedule
Liaise with the Project Manager and wider project team
Ensure site paperwork, inductions and compliance requirements are maintained
Oversee the works through to completion and handover

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of a project and can hit the ground running.

You will ideally have:

Previous Cat A fit out experience
Strong experience delivering fast-track commercial fit out projects
Previous experience running projects as the No.1 Site Manager
Excellent subcontractor management and organisational skills
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Asbestos AwarenessThe ability to work independently and manage a project from start to finish is essential.
