Site Manager - Nuclear Decommissioning

Location: North Wales

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

DCS currently seek an experienced Site Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering demolition, dismantling and enabling works within the UK nuclear sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile decommissioning project in a highly regulated environment, leading multidisciplinary teams to safely deliver complex site operations.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing demolition, dismantling and enabling works on site
Leading site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
Planning labour, plant, materials and equipment
Ensuring compliance with RAMS, Permit to Work systems and CDM Regulations
Conducting site inspections, safety tours and toolbox talks
Monitoring programme performance and coordinating daily activities
Liaising with the client and key project stakeholders
Supporting quality assurance, inspections and project documentation
Assisting with cost control, productivity and resource managementRequirements:

Significant Site Management experience
Strong knowledge of civil engineering operations
Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations
Experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budgetDesirable Experience
